Hire your own private guide
As an alternative to our published tour programme, you might just like to hire your own personal tour guide, for a half or full day, a week-end or for the entire duration of your stay in Provence. You have the option to do that with or without car hire. First we'll discuss the type of excursion you want to enjoy, we organise the rest & we'll arrange to meet you at your hôtel, villa accomodation or location to start the tour.
Doing things a little different because all things can be possible
Culture & art aplenty
It wasn't just the scenery that drew artists like Rénoir, Chagall, Cézanne & Picasso to Provence, it was the light. Matisse once described it as 'soft and tender, despite its brilliance'. So whether you're gazing over a glittering seascape or watching a fiery sunset in the hills, a custom planned trip around Provence feels as though your stepping into an impressionist canvas. With such a rich artistic legacy, it's no surprise that the region is home to a wealth of iconic art collections, not to mention the studios where Van Gogh, Cézanne and Renoir worked.
Gastronomy & fine wine
Wherever you stay in Provence, you won't go hungry. Food is such a central part of life here, it's our passion. Dominated by the exceptional choice of fresh ingredients of Mediterranean cooking – olive oil, wine, tomatoes, garlic – the region's cuisine is guaranteed to be a highlight, whether that's savouring a simple bowl of fish soup, sampling candied fruits, or tasting the season's first press olive oil in a vineyard, or indulging yourself with a lunch of bouillabaisse in a fishing village in the calanques. It’s all here - we know how to organise the best of it all for you.
Activities - high energy or total chill
This is where it all becomes a matter of what is it that you'd really like to do - everything is possible here in Provence. From hot-air ballooning to chartering a light aircraft to see the rocky coastline and the mountain peaks. Rock climbing in the national parks, white water rafting, sailing or passing the afternoon on a catamaran and swimming in the azur blue waters of the Mediterranean. Horse riding in the Camargue or cycling the 25km to the summit of Mount Ventoux or self guided walking tours across through the Provence countryside.
